This brochure consists of illustrations and instructions for 24 asanas (poses) organized in eight sets of three to be performed in series. Each set includes a color visualization to quiet the mind and intensify healing. While there are many more complex hatha yoga routines, these 24 relatively easy poses provide a complete, balanced system for daily use. From the hundreds of known asanas, these 24 affect all the major parts of the body. Hatha yoga makes you aware of the inner nerve system as opposed to the outer nerve system. Thus it sets the stage for you to begin your meditations.
